Introducing our brewers grain beef, a distinctive product finished on spent grain from local breweries. With a commitment to sustainability, we convert brewing byproducts into tender, marbled meat. Our beef is heritage Highland beef raised thoughtfully and slow-grown on our regenerative ranch, grass fed and dry-aged for 21 days at a local butcher. We're proud to say our beef is free from hormones, antibiotics, and pesticides, and raised without corn or soy. Ethical, local, nutritious, and our best steak yet!
