Thick cut boneless pork chops, pasture raised and grass fed, grain finished.  These chops have flavor and tenderness.  Each chop is about 1 inch thick.
 
Our pork comes from pigs that have been happily roaming pasture, meadows, and forest around the ranch.  We raise pigs that prefer to eat grass, forage for what their heart desires, and get plenty of exercise freely roaming where they want. Our pigs are also fed a daily ration of fruits and vegetables and finished on mixed grain. 
 
Each package contains 2 boneless pork chops. One package averages 0.75 - 1.0 lbs.
