Our pork comes from pigs that have been happily roaming pasture, meadows, and forest around the ranch.  We raise pigs that prefer to eat grass, forage for what their heart desires, and get plenty of exercise freely roaming where they want. Our pigs are fed a daily ration of fruits and vegetables.  The result?  A red, deeply flavored, and nutrient-rich pork.
