With a subtle maple-brown sugar cure then smoked, this thick cut bacon is a real treat.

 

Our pork comes from pigs that have been happily roaming pasture, meadows, and forest around the ranch.  We raise pigs that prefer to eat grass, forage for what their heart desires, and get plenty of exercise freely roaming where they want. Our pigs are also fed a daily ration of fruits and vegetables and mixed grain. 

 

Packages average 1.3 - 1.5 lbs of bacon.
