OUr hams are maple-brown sugar cured then smoked, so these bone-in hams are fully cooked. Reheat for a holiday or special family event. Or simply carve and slice for the ultimate ham sandwiches.
Our pork comes from pigs that have been happily roaming pasture, meadows, and forest around the ranch. We raise pigs that prefer to eat grass, forage for what their heart desires, and get plenty of exercise freely roaming where they want. Our pigs are fed a daily ration of fruits and vegetables.
One ham vacuum-sealed, averaging 6.5 - 7 lbs each.
